How can I find out whether a book is in stock?
All books currently in stock have an orange “Add to basket” button allowing you to proceed with your purchase.
Do I have to register before I checkout?
Yes, you do. The registration process is free, simple, and quick. Your data will be protected and you can opt in to sign up for our newsletter. Make sure that you enter a valid email address that is regularly accessed because this is where we will send you all the information relative to your online purchase.
How do I access my account?
You can sign into your account by using the button in the top right corner or via this link. After registering and signing in, you can check your orders (recent and past orders) or edit your details, including your preferred delivery address and billing address.
Is it possible to buy more than one copy of a book?
To change the product quantity you wish to order, go to your basket and use the buttons to increase or decrease the number of copies requested. You can also remove products you are no longer interested in.
What payment methods do you accept?

When will the payment go through PayPal or be taken from my credit card?
The payment will only go through (either via PayPal or from your credit card) once we have confirmed that the books ordered are actually available: your payment will remain pending until your order has finished processing. If we should have to cancel your order for any reason, we will let you know why and no charges will be made.
How will my order be shipped? Can I track my parcel?
All orders will be shipped by express courier. As soon as the courier receives your order, they will send you an email with your tracking number and instructions on how to check your delivery status.
What do I have to do if I change my mind or if I wish to cancel the order I have made?
