Vive e lavora a Padova.

Ettore Greco has been frequenting since 1986 the atelier of the sculptor Pardini, with whom he has made monumental works for important museums (E. Leger museum, Salvador Dalì Museum….).

He opened his own atelier in 1984, inaugurating his debut one-man exhibition two years later at the Scoletta of the Padua cathedral. In 1999, during the centenary celebrations of the Bevilacqua La Masa Foundation, the art critic Mario De Micheli delivered a conference entitled “Discourse on two artists: a sculptor, Ettore Greco, and a painter, Paolo Smali”, which was successively published in the catalogue bearing the same title. This publication is an overview of his most meaningful and recent works, which are figurative casts executed in both terracotta and bronze; inspired by athletes and acrobats in movement and at rest. His sculptures dedicated to the figure of Saint Sebastian are also significant.
