Guido Harari possesses a rare talent of capturing the personality of a musician in any situation; so it goes with Bruce Springsteen lifting up his Fender Telecaster, with Iggy Pop’s contortions, with Fabrizio De André napping, with Philip Glass’ “fully self-aware” portrait and with the “inspired” one of Jan Garbarek – eyes raised skywards.
And each time, the end result is an iconic image ready to take its place within the collective imagination, so much so as to lose its chronological connotation.
