Progetto Genesi. Art and Human Rights, curated by Ilaria Bernardi and promoted by the Associazione Genesi, is a cross-disciplinary, inclusive project that combines exhibition and educational events with the aim of offering a permanent education on the subject of human rights. The vast program consists of educational activities addressed to a public of all ages, and a traveling exhibition of Associazione Genesi’s contemporary artworks that are a part of the Collezione Genesi, and that reflect some of the most dramatic issues of our day and age.
After the success of the first edition of Progetto Genesi (held from September 21, 2021 to September 21, 2022), this catalogue tells the story of the second edition of the project in 2023, and especially focuses on the Collezione Genesi’s fifteen new and never-before-seen acquisitions.
