All labels suit me, but none belong to me. I cannot deny that my works provoke contrasting reactions, but the controversy is never sought. I believe that if you relate to art sincerely, you will often be faced with shocking realities. The public in front of my works is divided, it is forced to take a position. I consider this a positive thing. Art that brings everyone together doesn’t interest me, it gives me the feeling of being faced with something I’ve already seen.
